What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing modality. Rei means Universal or Divine and ki means life force energy. Simply put, reiki is channeling universal/divine life force energy from the practitioner into the client’s auric field and energetic body. A lot of physical dis-ease starts as an energetic block in the body, and if left untreated/repressed, this is when we start to notice the pain/anxiety/lack of direction/stuckness/insert illness here.
The goal of reiki is to assist in the body’s own restorative process. This is not just a passive experience but one where the recipient also plays a part in surrendering. Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest/digest), which then allows the healing frequency of reiki to enter. The melting away of stress and anxiety will shift people in the direction of healing.

Reiki Reboot

Similar to when you need to restart your computer off when it’s due for an upgrade. You reboot to enhance its operations and functionality. Our physical body requires the same because it is our own physical and energetic operating system. I also open up your Akashic Records and use Light Language throughout the session. I also do a sage blessing over your body, pull an oracle card, and provide any tools you may need to keep yourself balanced.

Think about how you feel after you take a shower - relieved and rejuvenated. Reiki is similar and provides a way to give you an energetic “shower.” Think of this as maintenance! Similar to the reboot, I will also open up your Akashic Records and speak Light Language throughout the entirety of the session. I also do a sage blessing over your body, pull an oracle card, and provide any tools you may need to keep yourself balanced.

Akashic Records + Light Language Readings

What are the Akashic Records? Think of the Akashic Records as your own Book of Life. It houses all of your emotions, thoughts, experiences from the past, present and future. The AR is written from our emotions. We can tap into our own records via a Pathway Prayer and something I use at the beginning of a reiki session with myself and my client. The offering below is based on Automatic writing that will be conducted through email.
What is Light Language? Light Language is a universal/celestial sound frequency that every soul on the planet innately knows and understands. Light Language may not make sense on a human level, but energetically, it is recognized. It is a light frequency that runs through us and is a language of the soul.
Offering:
Provide 2 questions you need clarity on via email. I cannot tell you what to do nor can I provide a timeline of when something will happen. But I can provide advice, opportunities, or scenarios. If you are unsure, a great question to start with is “What do I need to know right now.”
